Terms And Services
Scope of Services
Provided
We provide professional services as outlined in the service agreement, including but not limited to consulting, content creation, and digital support. The scope may vary based on the client’s needs and selected service package. All services will be delivered within the agreed timeframe and according to industry standards, ensuring quality and compliance with the expectations set forth in the agreement.
Client and Agency Responsibilities
Both parties must fulfill their respective responsibilities. The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary information, feedback, and approvals. The agency commits to delivering services as agreed, maintaining transparency, and communicating project progress. Failure by either party to meet responsibilities may result in project delays or additional costs, which will be communicated and resolved in a professional and timely manner.
Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule outlined in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees. In case of cancellation, the client must provide written notice. Services rendered up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review based on the work already completed and associated costs.
Service Modifications and Termination
Any requested changes to the original scope of services must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature and extent of the changes. Either party may terminate the agreement with proper notice. In such cases, services delivered up to that point will be billed, and any outstanding dues must be settled promptly by the responsible party.
Confidentiality and Data Use
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The agency will not share or sell client information to third parties. Breach of confidentiality by either party may result in legal action and immediate termination of the agreement.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication first. If no agreement is reached, mediation by a neutral third party will be sought. Legal action will be considered only if all other methods fail. The laws of the agreed jurisdiction will apply, and both parties agree to act in good faith throughout the process.
